Lindy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor as well as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, who has been counselling since 1995. As a client centered practitioner, she utilizes a multitude of counselling theories, strategies and tools. Coming from a strength based, body orientated and holistic philosophy, she aims to create safety and support to assist people in overcoming obstacles and life’s challenges.
